Apple shows Game Center & Epic shows first iPhone game at Apple event

Apple revealed new models of almost all of its major products and upcoming software updates at its annual September press conference. LucasArts confirms staff layoffs

Reports this morning say there’s a 30 percent staff reduction at LucasArts going into effect today. We got confirmation from LucasArts with the following statement:

Final Fantasy XIV beta postponed UPDATE

Square Enix announced via its official site this morning that the Final Fantasy XIV beta planned for launch later today is postponed.
