PAX Prime 3-Day badges sold out, Warren Spector gets the keynote
We’re still about two months out from PAX Prime 2010 in Seattle, but already the show is sold out of three-day passes. To keep things interesting, and maybe to offload the remaining one-day passes, the official PAX Twitter account has more news: Warren Spector is their keynote speaker.

Spector, whose Epic Mickey nabbed a GamePro E3 award, is a good public speaker — but Wil Wheaton is a tough repeat-act to follow. The PAX East 2010 keynote also featured an audience participation element with crowd members getting yanked for Omegathon teams; no idea if PAX Prime will follow suit.
We’ll have more PAX Prime 2010 news for you as it arises. Once again, John Davison and AJ Glasser will be speaking on (or moderating) panels at the show, so you can count on GamePro for some firsthand info. Speaking of which, you’d better book hotel accommodations now if you’re planning on crashing in Seattle for PAX Prime. The third-party site responsible for aggregating hotel vacancies records most of the hotels near the convention center as full, but you can still find a room here and there by calling individual hotels or booking through a travel service. Even before that, you should nab your one-day passes, before PAX Prime sells out.
