Partial list of Tokyo Game Show Exhibitors surfaces

Blog Andriasang has a partial list of Tokyo Game Show 2010 exhibitors posted. The information comes from the Computer Entertainment Suppliers Association (CESA), which so far has 138 companies signed up to exhibit content at the show this September.

EA extends Medal of Honor beta on Xbox 360

New BioShock 2 singleplayer DLC drops August 3

Protector Trials, a new singleplayer downloadable content pack for BioShock 2, hits Xbox Live and PlayStation Network this August. The pack includes six new maps, seven new Achievements/Trophies, and new unlockable items.

Lemmings iPhone port slapped with cease & desist by Sony

PAX Prime band lineup confirmed

The usual suspects round out the Penny Arcade Expo concert lineup for PAX Prime 2010 in Seattle — Anamanaguchi, Jonathan Coulton, Metroid Metal, MC Frontalot, Paul & Storm — but the announcement surprises us with a return of The Minibosses and The Protomen.

TIGA Wins Trade Association Awards

UK games industry trade association TIGA has picked up two awards at the annual Trade Association Forum Best Practice Awards in London.
TIGA was awarded ‘The Member Recruitment Award’ and the top award ‘Trade Association of the Year 2010’. It also received a commendation for its ‘Sector Representation’ work.
